Laura de-la-Hay is a Senior Lecturer in Secondary Education: Science at the University of Worcester, having joined in 2024. With a background as a secondary school teacher and Key Stage 3 lead, she brings extensive classroom experience to support trainee teachers. Her qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Biology, a PGCE in Secondary Science with SEND, and an NPQ in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD). She is currently pursuing an MA in Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
