Laura Turrini

Laura Turrini is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. She specializes in humanitarian operations, supply chain management, and sustainability. Her research focuses on humanitarian logistics, fundraising mechanisms, and inventory optimization in spare parts systems. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (KLU/Universität Hamburg) and degrees in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Milano.

Professional affiliations include the Humanitarian Operations and Crisis Management (HOCM) College at POMS, Riloha, and the European community of Humanitarian Operations. She has received the Best Paper Award at POMS 2015 and the INDAM Scholarship for Mathematics.
