Laura Simone

Laura Simone is a senior data manager and co-director of the Data Management Unit at the Yale Center for Analytical Sciences (YCAS), affiliated with the Yale School of Public Health's Department of Biostatistics. She holds a BA in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College (1999). Her research focuses on cardiovascular health, particularly safety of physical activity for patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) and genetic cardiac conditions like Long QT Syndrome and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
