Laura Pyrak-Nolte

Laura Pyrak-Nolte is Professor of Physics with a courtesy appointment in Civil Engineering at Purdue University. Her research at the Rock Physics Laboratory focuses on fracture mechanics, seismic wave propagation, and subsurface monitoring. Recent work includes geomechanical analysis of amphibolites and fracture aperture characterization using electrical resistivity.
