Laura M. Bogart is a Senior Behavioral Scientist and Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. She conducts community-engaged research focused on HIV prevention and treatment disparities in Black, Latine, and African communities, with extensive work in sub-Saharan Africa.
