Laura Koch

Laura Koch is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Leadership, where she integrates her corporate experience with a Christian perspective in teaching students. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Public Relations from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Her research interests span Business Ethics, Management, and Christian Education, informed by her corporate career as a Trainer and Training Manager at Windsor Group Insurance Company and West Business Services (AT&T contract). She emphasizes applying theoretical tools to real-world scenarios and focuses on ethical problem-solving frameworks.
