Laura Duncan

Laura Duncan is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Chester and a practicing BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience in adult mental health. She contributes to the Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies program, specializing in clinical supervision for students.

Her research examines third-wave CBT approaches and clinical supervision methodologies. She maintains active clinical practice as a Senior Psychotherapist within the NHS alongside her academic role, with particular expertise in trauma-focused interventions.
