Laura Drake

Laura Drake is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in Management at the Ohio University College of Business. She teaches Business Law, Human Resources, and Ethics, and has also held roles at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Her expertise focuses on estate planning, special needs trusts, and alternatives to guardianship for individuals with disabilities.

She has presented at institutions such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, National Business Institute seminars, and PLAN of Southwest Ohio. Her work emphasizes inclusive housing and legal advocacy for vulnerable populations.
