Laura Del Rocio López Cruz serves as a Full Professor in the Department of Private Law at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, specializing in Civil Law with research addressing global challenges in private property and trade regulation.

Education:

• PhD from Universidad Pablo de Olavide (2001), thesis: "La cessión de bienes a los créditos", supervised by Dr. Rosario Valpuesta Fernández.

Research Focus: Her scholarly work spans Private Law, Civil Law, and Property Law within international markets, extending to Trade Law (national/international) and Migration Law through legal frameworks for human development and diversity management. She examines contemporary conflicts in asset assignment, property rights, and cross-border trade compliance.

Academic Leadership: López Cruz directs the research group "DCCon-Challenges of Private Property Law in the Global Market" and previously contributed to the "NATIONAL TRADE LAW" initiative.
