Laura Bordoni

Laura Bordoni is a Teaching Professor at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, where she teaches Experiential Learning and previously served as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Engagement for Professional Degree Programs. With nearly fifteen years of consulting experience, she has held roles such as Senior Director of Business Consulting at Marriott International and Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on growth strategy, organizational design, and human capital development. She also worked in sales and account management at the Advisory Board in Washington, D.C., supporting individuals and organizations through change and adversity.
