Laura Baruffaldi

Laura Baruffaldi is an Associate Professor of Practice in Leadership, Organization & Human Resources at the School of Management (SDA Bocconi) and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. Her expertise spans leadership development, generational dynamics, work-life integration, and communication strategies within organizational contexts.
