Laura Atkins

Laura Atkins is Senior Lecturer in Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics at James Madison University's College of Business. She holds both BBA and MBA degrees from James Madison University. Her academic focus spans application development lifecycle management, user experience optimization, and sustainable technology practices.

Research examines collaboration system efficacy, particularly SharePoint implementations in educational contexts, and environmental responsibility in IT projects. Her pedagogical innovations incorporate role-play simulations for systems analysis training.
