Lashika Rajapaksha

Lashika Rajapaksha is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Concord University, joining in Fall 2023. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas (2023), an M.S. in Mathematics from the same institution (2022), and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka (2015).

Research Interests: Her research focuses on Optimal Control Theory, Delay Differential Equations, and Dynamical systems. These areas explore mathematical frameworks for optimizing systems and analyzing complex behaviors in dynamic environments.

Teaching Background: Prior to Concord University, she served as a Teaching Assistant and Temporary Lecturer at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas.
