About
Dr. Lars Schreiber is a RWTH Lecturer and senior researcher at RWTH Aachen University's II. Institute of Physics and the JARA Institute for Quantum Information, where he leads research on silicon-based qubit devices and coordinates the European Si QuBus consortium. His work focuses on spin qubits in SiGe, long-range qubit coupling, and advanced materials for quantum technologies. He has contributed to the development of scalable quantum architectures, including the SpinBus system for mid-range qubit transfer and conveyor-mode electron shuttling.
