Lars Andre Strøm Arnesen is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Private Law, University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Law. He holds an LL.M in Information and Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo (2019) and a law degree (2016). Previously, he worked at SANDS law firm (2016–2021) and Dignio, a medical software company (2021–2023).
