Larry R. Reeves serves as Associate Dean and Director of the Alyne Queener Massey Law Library at Vanderbilt University Law School while holding the academic rank of Professor of Law. He joined Vanderbilt in 2012 with over a decade of law library administration experience across multiple institutions.
His education includes:

- M.S. from Pratt Institute School of Information and Library Science
- B.A. from University of Oklahoma
Professor Reeves' research focuses on Law Librarianship, Legal Research, and LGBTQ+ Rights Law. He has authored numerous journal articles and served as editorial advisor for the research bibliography "Sexual Orientation and the Law" (Hein, 2007), establishing him as a significant contributor to legal information science and LGBTQ+ jurisprudence.

At Vanderbilt, Dean Reeves teaches Advanced Legal Research and oversees all law library operations.
