Larry Gladney serves as FAS Dean of Science and Professor of Physics at Yale University, having joined in January 2019 as Professor of Physics and Phyllis A. Wallace Dean of Diversity and Faculty Development before assuming the FAS Dean of Science role in July 2022. Previously, he held the Edmund J. and Louise W. Kahn Professorship for Faculty Excellence and served as Associate Dean for Natural Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, with a secondary appointment as Professor of Education.
