Dr. Lana Repar is a Lecturer in Food Business at the Department of Food Business and Development, Cork University Business School, University College Cork. She serves as Co-Director of the MSc in Food Business and Innovation Programme and teaches across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education levels.
- Teaching specialties: digital branding/marketing, creativity/innovation, food entrepreneurship, systematic literature reviews, research ethics
- Research focus: digital media marketing in food, consumer food preferences, innovation in agricultural sectors
Her research has been cited by global institutions including the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). She currently supervises two PhD students and collaborates internationally across the USA, Australia, EU, and UK.
