LIOW Chee Hsiang is an Associate Professor and Vice Dean (Education) at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH), National University of Singapore (NUS). He holds academic roles spanning Associate Professor (since 2022), Senior Lecturer (2017–2022), and Adjunct Senior Lecturer (2016–2017). His expertise lies in global health implementation research, particularly in HIV/AIDS programs and program design, monitoring, and evaluation.
Education: Master of Medicine (Public Health) from NUS (2005) and Bachelor of Medicine from The University of Newcastle, Australia (1997). Awards include the Australia China Alumni Award for Research and Innovation (2014).
