Kyrill-Alexander Schwarz

Professor Kyrill-Alexander Schwarz holds a Teaching Professorship for Public Law at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law, Legal Philosophy within the Faculty of Law at the University of Würzburg. His academic work focuses on German constitutional frameworks and administrative jurisprudence.

Professor Schwarz's research spans constitutional theory, administrative law, and legal philosophy with particular emphasis on the Rule of Law, civil disobedience, security law, and interpretation of the German Basic Law. He has organized significant academic events including the Security Law Conference 2011 and a conference marking 75 years of the German Basic Law.
