Kweilin Lucas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at Mars Hill University and serves as the Program Coordinator for the Master of Arts in Criminal Justice (M.A.C.J.) program. She earned her B.A. (2007), M.A. (2008), and Ph.D. (2018) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
