Kurt Rouser is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Oklahoma State University (OSU), part of the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT). He holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering from institutions including the Air Force Institute of Technology and the US Air Force Academy.
