Dr. Kudret Topyan is a Professor and Gargano Endowed Chair in Global Economics at Manhattan University's Department of Economics & Finance. He holds a PhD from the CUNY Graduate Center, an MPHIL from the same institution, and a BS from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
