Kristin Undheim serves as a Senior Lecturer and Academic Director of Studies for the Bachelor in Creativity, Innovation and Business Development at Kristiania University College's School of Economics, Innovation and Technology.
Her educational background includes a Master's degree in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (2009) and a cand.mag. in Political Science from NTNU.
Dr. Undheim's research focuses on consumer trends and social and cultural change, with particular expertise in driver and scenario analyses. Her thematic areas of specialization include working life, women's issues, and urbanism. She approaches these topics through the lenses of creativity, innovation, and business development.
Before her academic career, she worked as a partner in the analysis agency Indianer, director of trend and future analysis at Opinion, and analyst at Bengal Consulting. She maintains strong industry connections as a guest lecturer for the business community and frequently provides expert commentary in the press.
Dr. Undheim serves on the board of BN Bank, demonstrating her active engagement with business and financial institutions beyond academia.
