Kristin Tan serves as an Adjunct Professor and brings expertise in non-profit law, contract drafting, and civil rights. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law (2019) and holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English and a Business minor from Xavier University (2014). Professionally, she serves as Chief Legal Counsel at Catholic Community Services of Western Washington, a health and human services organization serving marginalized populations.
Beyond her academic and professional roles, Tan contributes to educational equity as Board Secretary for School Connect WA, a non-profit focused on closing academic gaps for low-income, BIPOC, and unhoused students in King County.
