Kristin Okerlund

Kristin Okerlund is a Lecturer at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna (MUK), specializing in piano performance, chamber music, and accompaniment. She studied at the St. Louis Conservatory of Music, University of Illinois, and Vienna Conservatory (MUK) under notable mentors including John Wustman, Ian Hobson, and Leonid Brumberg.

Her research interests align with her professional practice, focusing on collaborative piano techniques, operatic repertoire, and cross-cultural musical partnerships. As an accompanist, she has performed with renowned artists such as Bernd Weikl, Samuel Ramey, and Edita Gruberova across four continents.
