Kristian Pollock

Kristian Pollock is Professor of Medical Sociology at the Nottingham Centre for the Advancement of Research into Supportive, Palliative and End of Life Care (NCARE) at the University of Nottingham. She holds an honorary Senior Visiting Fellow position at the Primary Care Unit (PCU) of the University of Cambridge. Her academic background includes social anthropology studies at the University of Edinburgh and University of Cambridge.

Kristian's research focuses on societal aspects of death, patient/public understanding of end-of-life care, and medicines management in home healthcare settings.
