Kristi W. Kelley

Kristi W. Kelley, Pharm.D., FCCP, BCPS, BCACP, CDE, BC-ADM serves as Clinical Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy. She practices at Brookwood Baptist Health's Continuity Clinics within the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Birmingham, Alabama, where she establishes pharmacy services and precepts students across three outpatient clinics.
