Kristen Daley

Kristen Daley is Professor and Co-Director of the Dance Program at Sonoma State University. She teaches contemporary/modern dance technique, choreography, dance history, and experiential anatomy, incorporating social justice perspectives. She directs dance concerts and creates original works annually with students.

As founding member of SoCo Dance Theater, she performs and choreographs throughout the Bay Area. Her professional background includes seven years with Bessie Award-winning Doug Elkins Dance Company, touring internationally. She holds an MFA from University of Washington and BFA from Ohio University.
