Kristen Ann Weber

Kristen Ann Weber is an Adjunct Professor at National Louis University, teaching MGT 535: Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Chicago Dental Society Foundation and Dental Clinic. Previously, she held roles such as Chief Development Officer at the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation. Her expertise spans nonprofit fundraising, development, and social enterprise strategies.

Research interests include nonprofit funding diversification and social enterprise models. She is active in nonprofit governance, serving on the boards of the Dental Philanthropy Network, Foundation of the National Commission on Correctional Health Care, and Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue.
