Krista M. Aronson is a Professor of Psychology and Associate Dean of the Faculty at Bates College. Her work bridges research and practice in higher education equity, racial identity development, and multicultural education. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan (2003), an M.A. from the same institution (2000), and a B.A. in Psychology from Ithaca College (1996).
Her research focuses on racial identity formation, acculturation processes, and the representation of underrepresented groups in children’s literature and educational materials.
