Krista Bondy

Krista Bondy is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable & Responsible Business within the Management, Work and Organisation division at the University of Stirling. Her work focuses on the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR), urban development decision-making, and public health policy, particularly addressing how private sector actors influence health equity and environmental governance.

• Research Themes: Systems thinking for urban health, corporate influence on public policy, intervention design for sustainability, and organizational legitimacy in CSR.
• Key Collaborations: Leads the TRUUD (Tackling Root Causes Upstream of Unhealthy Urban Development) consortium, applying interdisciplinary methodologies to complex urban systems.

Her methodological expertise spans qualitative systems mapping, critical policy analysis, and case study approaches. She explores factors such as stakeholder marginalization, norm-based interventions, and institutional voids in contested social spaces.
