Krishna Bandi

Dr. Krishna Bandi serves as an Assistant Professor in the Women's Imaging section of the Department of Radiology at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), specializing in comprehensive breast imaging interpretation and interventions since joining the faculty in 2021.

His educational qualifications include:

• Medical School, Diagnostic Radiology Residency, and Breast Imaging Fellowship: Northwestern University, Chicago, IL
• Transitional Intern Year: MacNeal Hospital, Berwyn, IL

Dr. Bandi's clinical focus centers on advancing breast cancer diagnostics through multimodal imaging techniques. He integrates mammography, ultrasound, and MRI for precision screening, diagnostic evaluations, and minimally invasive procedures including biopsies, fluid aspirations, and pre-surgical localizations, with emphasis on optimizing patient outcomes and diagnostic accuracy.

As an educator, he actively mentors medical students, residents, and fellows in breast imaging principles. He contributes to OHSU's mission of exceptional patient-centered care through interdisciplinary collaboration within the Breast Center team at South Waterfront.
