Kostas Andriosopoulos

Kostas Andriosopoulos is an Affiliate Professor of Finance and Energy Management at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. He serves as the Academic Director of the Executive Program in Energy Business and Director of the HELLENiQ Energy Center for Sustainability and Energy. His academic background includes a PhD in Finance from Bayes Business School (City University London), an MBA and MSc in Finance from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Crete.

Research Interests: Focuses on energy geopolitics, gas/LNG markets, renewable energy investments, financial engineering, and risk management in energy, shipping, and commodity markets. He has published in journals like the International Journal of Financial Engineering and the Journal of Energy Markets, and organizes international conferences.

Professional Activities: Chairman of the Energy Committee at the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, Founder of the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics, Board Member of the Global Gas Center, and Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Since 2018, he has been Country Manager of Akuo Energy Greece, a multinational renewable energy company.
