Kosei Ishimura

Kosei Ishimura is a Professor at Waseda University’s School of Creative Science and Engineering. He earned his Dr. Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 2001 and has held academic and research positions at Hokkaido University, JAXA, and The University of Tokyo.
