Knut Tore Alfredsen

Knut Tore Alfredsen is a Professor at the Department of Water and Environmental Engineering at NTNU. He specializes in cold climate hydrology, river ice dynamics, and environmental impacts of hydropower. His work integrates field measurements, modeling, and data analysis to address challenges in regulated river systems.

• Research Focus: Environmental impacts of hydropower, hydrological modeling, and river ice processes.
