Knut Benjamin Pißler

Prof. Dr. Knut Benjamin Pißler holds dual roles as a Professor of Chinese Law at the University of Göttingen and Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Private Law, where he leads the Centre of Expertise on China and Korea. His research focuses on comparative law, particularly Chinese and Korean civil/commercial law, including securities regulations, contract law, condominium law, and non-profit organizations law.
