Klaus Fischer

Klaus Fischer was a Professor at TU Dresden's Friedrich List Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, specializing in railway safety and reliability engineering. His career began at the Institute for Railway Safety Engineering, where he advanced to lecturer (1965) and professor (1971–1992).
