Kjetil Vedoy

Kjetil Vedoy is a Lecturer at the Department of Management and Organization, School of Communication, Leadership and Marketing, Kristiania University College. He holds a master's degree in strategic management from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics), a major in Social Anthropology, and a bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Vedoy specializes in organizational dynamics and human resources. His expertise spans:

• Strategic HR management and Scandinavian leadership models
• Conflict resolution, change management, and organizational culture
• Diversity initiatives, remote work (home office), and decision-making frameworks

Prior to academia, he served as HR Manager at IKEA and Director of the Working Environment Center, alongside consultancy roles in personnel development and HSE compliance.
