Dr. Kitty Cai is a Researcher at the Centre for Agriculture and the Bioeconomy, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). With over 8 years of experience in bioprocessing and biotechnology, she joined QUT in 2016 and has contributed to projects such as Waste to Profit, Biorefineries for Profit, and collaborations with Meat and Livestock Australia and Change Foods.
