Kirk A. Ingold is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Director of the Electrical Engineering Program at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He previously served as Director of the Photonics Research Center from 2016 to 2023 and has deployed to Kuwait (2010–11) and Afghanistan (2016) for theater communications support.
