Kimberly Williams

Dr. Kimberly Williams serves as Dean of the NSU Muskogee Campus and holds a part-time faculty position in the Adult Degree Completion Program at Northeastern State University.

Her academic foundation includes:

• EdD in Educational Leadership from Baylor University (2005)
• MEd in Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University (1998)
• BA in Education from Northeastern State University (1993)

Dr. Williams' professional expertise centers on Educational Leadership, with significant contributions to Teacher Education and Workforce Education systems. Her 21-year tenure at Grayson College demonstrated progressive leadership across academic and athletic domains.

Her career trajectory reflects deep commitment to higher education administration, transitioning from head women's softball coach to executive leadership roles including Dean of Workforce Education. At NSU, she bridges administrative oversight with direct faculty engagement in adult degree completion initiatives.
