Kimberly Rosenbaum

Kimberly Rosenbaum is an Associate Professor at Johnson & Wales University's College of Hospitality & Business (Charlotte campus), where she has taught since 2003. She holds a B.S. in Food Service Management from JWU and an M.H.A. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her industry background includes leadership roles at Walt Disney World, fine-dining establishments, and country clubs.
