Kimberly Mosolf is an Adjunct Professor with nearly twenty years of experience in civil legal services and civil rights litigation. She currently serves as lead counsel for the plaintiff class in the landmark federal lawsuit A.B. v. D.S.H.S. (Trueblood), which enforces constitutional rights to timely competency evaluation and restoration services.
