Kimberly Finch

Kimberly Finch is a Special Lecturer at Oakland University's School of Nursing. She holds an MSN from the University of Phoenix and a BSN from Madonna University. Certified in LEAN Healthcare from the University of Michigan, she has 15 years of experience at Henry Ford Health in Quality Department roles. Since 2009, she has taught obstetric clinical instruction, OB lecture, Health Promotion, Nursing Informatics, and other courses across Traditional, ASD, and RN-BSN programs. Her clinical expertise spans Healthcare Quality, Risk Management, LEAN project management, Obstetrics/Mother Baby care, and Operating Room practices. She authored a 2022 textbook for OB clinical students.
