Kimberly Conway

Kimberly Conway, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Undergraduate Department at Seton Hall University’s College of Nursing. With over 45 years of nursing experience and 15 years as a nurse educator, she specializes in adult medical/surgical, radiology, pain management, and mental health nursing. Her research focuses on caregiving, servant leadership in nursing, and simulation techniques for mental health education.

• Certifications: Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), former certifications in medical-surgical and radiological nursing

Dr. Conway’s professional interests include exploring how simulation methodologies enhance nursing pedagogy. She is actively engaged in community leadership through her parish, participating in mission trips and church choir activities.
