Kim Talus

Kim Talus is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, specializing in Energy Law with a particular focus on international and EU energy regulation. Her scholarly work centers on the legal frameworks governing oil and gas markets, energy transition, and emerging areas like hydrogen regulation and carbon capture technologies.
