Kim Maund

Associate Professor Kim Maund is the Associate Dean of Education at the University of Newcastle's College of Engineering, Science and Environment, and holds a dual role as Head of Discipline in Construction Management within the School of Architecture and Built Environment. With nearly two decades of industry experience in development and construction, her research focuses on aligning policy with practical outcomes to enhance disaster resilience, sustainable urban planning, and zero-carbon construction.
