Kim Bailey

Kim Bailey is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Law at Charles Sturt University (CSU), specializing in common law and legal ethics. She is affiliated with the Centre for Law and Justice and has played a pivotal role in integrating Indigenous Cultural Competency into the LLB program. Kim has taught foundational courses such as Law of Torts (LAW114), Company Law (LAW219), and Professional Legal Conduct (LAW309).
