Kim Ae Ran

Dr. Kim Ae Ran serves as Assistant Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Vocal and Acting at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. A South Korean-born lyrical soprano with a Doctor of Musical Arts, she has been a key figure at the university since 2009, also acting as Coordinator for Korean Students and cultural consultant for Poland-South Korea projects.

Her expertise spans music education and cross-cultural artistic initiatives between Poland and Korea.

As an educator, Dr. Kim has mentored vocal students since 2009 and organized over 27 classical concerts through partnerships with the South Korean Embassy and Korean Cultural Center. Her leadership in cultural diplomacy has strengthened artistic ties between the two nations.

Dr. Kim collaborates with major ensembles including the Korean National Orchestra, Warsaw Chamber Opera, and Świętokrzyska Philharmonic, performing leading roles in operas such as 'La Bohème' and 'Don Giovanni'.
